Michelle Hall is a kinship care expert. Her PhD research focusses on family time, from the perspectives of special guardians and birth parents. Michelle is an experienced lecturer and researcher who sits on several steering and advisory groups which influence policy, practice and research. She is a Kinship carer herself. Michelle can design and deliver bespoke training to enhance CPD offers for local authorities and organisations, as well as provide expert advice where required. Please contact for further details.
Michelle is a co-trainer for the Department for Education funded Life's Story Workshops with the national charity Kinship.
Michelle has understaken certified training in life story listening and life story coaching and is enrolled in the year long psycho-dynamic Therapeutic Life Story Practitioner training, and as of September can offer generously discounted student rates to Local Authorities wishing to support childrens understanding of their life story and identity.
